Accept the quest from Elowen before completing its objectives. Return to the quest giver to advance each stage and claim the final reward. Item objectives require the items in your inventory.
1. What the roots remember
Elowen refuses to sell this season's tonics. Follow the eastern road into Mistfen and inspect the old irrigation sluice beyond the infirmary.

2. Threads in the stream
The silver is spider silk, not poison. Clear three marsh widows from the southern marsh while Elowen frees the sluice gates.

3. The first clean draught
Brew two fresh dawnleaf tonics at the herbalist table. Elowen tastes the first, then sends the second to the harbour infirmary. The water runs clear again.
